Barry Kaflux is a follower in Left 4 Dead Eleventy.

Barry was born and raised in Florida, living a fast and easy life. When he was 21, his family were butchered at their house. Stricken by grief, Barry sought vengeance on his families killer. Spending up to 9 years searching, he was given a lead by a mysterious man, using this, he hunted down the murderer and absolutely slaughtered him. Standing over the corpse of the killer, Barry began to question his life, until the mysterious man re-appeared behind him, and told him that he had been chosen to join the elite WolfSquad, Barry accepted, however, during his second mission, he suffered an injury to his heart and was honourably discharged. He then settled down on SomaHara island
Later in his life, at the age of 40, the SomaHara incident occured, forcing Barry to remember his training. Gathering his trusty sidearm, Hellbringer and a modified SPAS-12, Barry set out to begin his quest for survival.
During Left 4 Dead Eleventy[]
During the events of Left 4 Dead Eleventy, Barry is found near the survivors starting area, locked in a safehouse and holding out against the relatively small horde, WolfSquad meet him in his safehouse, and he asks the team to go to His house and retrieve a box of supplies. Once done, Barry will open a cabinet containing a Combat Shotgun and some shells, and a refill of ammo.
As a follower[]
Barry isnt the best follower, but he can still hold his own and remain effective. Arguably, he is best for fighting Human opponents (Such as tribals) rather than infected, as he is good up close. His shotgun provides great defense if you station him with some cover, at other times his pistol has great accuracy, and he prefers to climb up high to "snipe the sumbitches"
Trivia[]
- For a 40-year-old retired soldier with heart problems, Barry is suprisingly good in hand-to-hand combat
- When in a safe-room, Barry may occasionally sing "The Sound of Madness".
- Barry is shown to be good friends with J-Dead, as they are have the typical "beer buddies" friendship.
